Ticketing

  • Early Bird tickets will be on sale October 2026. Early Bird ticket holders will receive a discount on their ticket purchase.

    Early Bird tickets will be on sale until for a limited time or until sold out.

  • 2027 ticket prices are most likely to be the same as 2026.

    2026 Ticket Prices are as follows:

    Early Bird tickets are $80+BF.

    Adult Tickets (after Early Bird ends) are $95+BF (available online until midnight 20th March 2026)

    Teen Tickets (Ages 13 to 17) are $35+BF and Kids 12 & Under are $10+BF.

    Adult tickets festival day are $120+BF - available online at Moshtix click here from 12.01am 21st March and at the gate for $120.

    ALL TICKET SALES (online & at gate) CLOSE 9PM Saturday 21st March.

    As this is a licensed event minors are to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Absolutely! The Caltowie Chilled Out ‘n’ Fired Up Music Festival is for everyone!

    Please note, that persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • No. You will be emailed an electronic ticket from Moshtix.

  • Yes, please take good care of these as they will not be replaced if lost.

  • Yes, unless sold out prior. Always recommend getting your tickets early.

  • If you have misplaced your ticket please reach out to our ticketing partner Moshtix here, to have your ticket reissued.

  • While we understand circumstances can change, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Tickets are non-refundable. For details of when a refund would be issued, see your ticketing Terms & Conditions.

  • Yes, you can. Reach out to our ticketing partner Moshtix here to arrange a change of name on your ticket.

  • Should the event be re-located to a venue within 50kms Caltowie area, refunds will not be available.

    Should the event be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, ticket holders will be refunded the amount of their tickets purchase via Moshtix.

Getting to Caltowie

  • Caltowie is located in the Mid North of South Australia, approximately 2.5 hours drive north of Adelaide, a 10 minute drive from Jamestown and 45 minute drive from Port Pirie. Road trip anyone?!

  • No. In the past, people have preferred to utilize the free on-site camping, and our buses have been empty. Therefore, we will not be organizing buses in 2023. However, if you and a group of friends want to organize your own charter bus we can recommend Hanleys Passenger Service.

  • We highly recommend a trip to Bundaleer Forest, just 9km south of Jamestown… the Maple Walk is our favourite.

    Whether it’s a two day stay or you are hanging around a bit longer take at look at this Caltowie & beyond.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

  • A portion of all ticket sale profits will go to supporting mental health services in the region via Lifelines.

    The local projects and initiatives that have resulted from this event include the creation of the Secret Men's Business group, assisting fund The Resilience Project and Growing With Gratitude programs at local schools, and helping bring Mary O'Brien of Are you bogged mate? to speak to our community.

  • Yes, this year we have teamed up with a group to provide support, whether that is to just chill out, have a chat or just sit in the company of a trusted person. However, if you need help now, please reach out, it’s okay not to be okay, but please there is always someone there who wants to listen click here.

Event Day Information

  • Yes. If you are 18+ and drinking, please bring your I.D. Security will check your I.D. as you enter the festival grounds.

  • Food and drink vendors have both cash and EFTPOS facilities.

    Charges may apply for using EFTPOS.

  • No. There is no BYO permitted in the concert event area, this is a fully catered event with a fantastic range of food and beverage options available.

    We do understand that kids are constantly hungry and no one wants a hangry kid…. so small snacks will be permitted to keep the kidlets running on all levels.

  • To reduce our impact on the environment we have partnered with eCup Australia 100% South Australian initiative to reduce wastage during the festival by using reusable cups.

    All our alcohol drink vendors will serve drinks in the eCups.

    On arrival to the festival head to the eCup tent and purchase your eCup. Drink vendors will replace your eCup with a clean one each time you purchase a drink.

    At the end of the day you can either take your eCup home or return it to the eCup tent for a refund.

  • Yes, provided the bottles of water are sealed.

    You can also bring your own re-suable water bottle to refill at the water station, please ensure it is empty on arrival.

  • Yes, our food vendors have a range of options available for you. Check out the Bites & Sips on offer.

  • Yes, bring your camping chairs. There will be a limited amount of chairs and tables available within the festival site. Small personal umbrellas are fine, however, please ensure they do not block anyone’s view. Marquees are not permitted, to ensure uninterrupted views of the stage for everyone.

    There will be a large marquee at the rear of the festival site for ticket holders to sit in plus Umbrella Alley presented by Austral Supplies with offer ticket holders shade around seated wine barrels.

  • es. The ground is flat. Ambulant toilets will be available in the festival area. Please let us know when you purchase your ticket if you require any further assistance.

  • Artist set times will be released closer to the date of the festival.

  • Car parking is available in a nearby paddock, and a short walk to the festival site. Follow the road signs on the day to access the day parking site.

  • Gates open at 11.30am. Live music starts at 12pm.

  • No, except for special needs dogs. Please do not turn up with your furry best mate, as we will have to refuse you entry.

  • Lost property can be handed into the Merch Tent.

    Lost property will be kept for 60 days, if the item is not retrieved it will either be destroyed or sent to charity.

    We recommend you contact us via Facebook if you have lost something.

  • We will have official festival photographers, videographers and approved journalists at the event.

    By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, and social media. You waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.

    We respect personal space. We will not capture close-up photos, interviews, or one-on-one shots without clear verbal consent.

    You can request that your information is amended or may withdraw your consent for future use by contacting the event organisers via caltowiecofu@gmail.com.

  • Drones are strictly prohibited from being flown over people and the crowd.

  • There may be some lighting and strobing effects during the event, we also expect all patrons to be courteous of each other, strictly no crowd surfing.

Camping Information

  • Yes, on-site camping is available at Memorial Oval, Caltowie.

    Caravans, tents, swags - whatever your creature comforts - its all welcome!

  • Zilch! On-site camping is FREE for all festival ticket holders. Purchase your festival ticket via Moshtix

  • We operate on an honesty policy. While we won’t be checking your tickets at the gate, our crew and security will be patrolling the campsites to ensure you have a ticket.

    The campsite is strictly for ticket holders only.

  • On festival weekend ticket holders can enter the camping site from 2pm Friday. All campers must depart by 2pm Sunday.

  • No. Campsites are not allocated, it is first in best dressed. There is plenty of room for everyone.

  • Yes, just come prepared with some poles or orange cones to mark out the spot.

  • Yes, there are male and female toilets within the camping area. Please note, that there are no on-site showers.

  • No. The timing of the festival although can be cool in the event, will also be within the districts fire weather warning period.

  • Yes. Please drink responsibly, this is not a booze fest, and please no glass. Drinks and food you bring with you are to be consumed in your campsite.

  • Please take your rubbish with you or place in the bins provided

    BE COURTEOUS of other campers.

    Recovery breakfast is available at the festival site on Sunday morning from 8am to 10am.

Food, Drink & Facilities

  • We have loads of delicious choices to keep you fueled for the day and honestly we think this is the best selection of food we have ever had!

    All we can say….is 12 hours enough time to eat our way through all the food trucks??!!

  • Yes, many of our food vendors have these options available. We encourage you to check with the individual vendors, they can be found here.

  • Yes. Alcohol can be purchased and consumed within the concert area. We will have a great selection of South Australian Craft Beers, including our very own festival brew ‘Hazed & Confused’, plus wine as well as all your normal alcoholic beverages. You will not be able to take alcohol from the concert area to your campsite.

  • Just like in past years we have a great range of South Australian Craft Brews, local SA wine, cocktails, coffee and tea and all your normal beverages.

  • Yes, there is.

    Soft drink and water is available to purchase from the Caltowie Bowls Club stall. Plus coffee, tea, juices and smoothies from Love You A Latte.

    You can also re-fill your water bottle up at the hydration station located at the merch tent.

    The Jamestown Apex Club will also have non-alcoholic beer available to purchase and Bar, Brews & Coolrooms are bringing back their slushies!

  • Yes! In 2026 the breakfast cookup will be on Satruday and Sunday mornings from 7.30am until 10am.

    Caltowie Bowls Club will be cooking up a storm with bacon and egg sangas.

    Love You a Latte will be there to back it up with coffee, tea, iced lattes, juices and smoothies available.

Merchandise

  • A merch tent will be on site for you to purchase limited festival and artist merchandise. Festival merch includes tees, hats, stickers, posters, stubby holders and hoodies.

  • Merch is available to purchase on-site from 11.30am until 10.30pm on Saturday 21st March 2026.

  • Find our sunscreen and hydration station plus lost and found at the merch stand.

Weather

  • The weather around the end of March, early April can range from tops of 22 to 27 degrees with overnight temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees. Perfection! However, mother nature can be unpredictable so be prepared for rain or shine!

  • We will have some marquees and umbrellas at the back of the festival site offering shaded areas, we also recommend a big hat, sunnies and sunscreen.
