Your COFU Prep Guide: Explore, Eat, Shop, Camp
Caltowie home of COFU.
Caltowie is a tiny Mid North town about 2.5 hours northwest of Adelaide, sitting neatly between Jamestown and Stone Hut. And while it may be small, there’s plenty more to see and do in the region — so here are our top tips to explore beyond the festival of course.l, of course.
Explore Our Patch (It’s a Ripper).
Wander & unwind.
Bundaleer Forest, just 9km south of Jamestown, has been a picnicking destination for generations of locals. Today, it is becoming increasingly well known as a place to walk and cycle and the adventure playground is a real hit with the kidlets. Our favourite walk (no matter your age or limitations) is the Maple Walk - you might even spot a fairy or two!
Drop a line in.
Take in some art.
From the Belalie Art Gallery (Jamestown) to the Sculpture Walk at Bundaleer Forest and the Subway Mural at Gladstone your eyes and creative soul will be filled to the brim.
